Tetikoğlu Kimya supplies cleaning materials directly as the manufacturer to municipalities, hospitals, schools, public institutions, and to suppliers and cleaning service companies bidding in tenders. Domestic Goods certificate and the price advantage in tenders
Under Article 63 of Turkish Public Procurement Law No. 4734, contracting authorities may apply a price advantage of up to 15% to bidders offering domestic goods, provided this is stated in the tender documents. That the goods offered are domestic is usually proven with a Domestic Goods (Yerli Malı) Certificate.
Below are our valid Domestic Goods certificates for our product groups, issued by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce on behalf of TOBB. Each certificate covers a product type and brands; you can request copies during the bidding process.

Our products by the TSE standard in the specification

Frequently asked questions
Are your products domestic goods?
Yes. Our products are made at our plant in Istanbul, and we hold valid Domestic Goods certificates for product groups such as dishwashing liquid, liquid soap, bleach, general cleaner, degreaser and dishwasher products. The certificate numbers are on this page and on the certificates page.
What advantage does a Domestic Goods certificate give in a tender?
